Bob's Luxury Car Service was established on Feb 26, 2003. Bob Smith, the owner, has over 12 years experience in the limousine business. At the urging of some friends and with the desire to do something for the deaf/hard of hearing communities, Bob started his own business with some assistance from a close friend. Bob is the oldest of 6 children and his parents are both deaf. Throughout his life, Bob has always helped the deaf community. He contacted a pager company in Englewood, Colorado, which had a computer set up so that the deaf/hard of hearing could call a specific number and with an ID # could accept a typed message and send the message to that pager. This procedure is known as the TTY Paging System.
